Can’t say I agree that Hudson’s speech was great. It’s pretty much the same one she’s given everywhere, and it was completely unbelievable when she said she didn’t expect to win.

I don’t begrudge her the win – it was hers all along.
But in five years people will look back on this kinda like a Marissa Tomei moment. I’m betting she won’t do any other films worth mentioning…she basically won for that one song. She killed with it, but still….
