I haven’t seen The Queen, but I was rooting for Penelope. Oh well.
Chris Connelly is awfully annoying.
She is a total class act and gave a great performance, but if I may nit-pick, her little “Ladies and gentlemen, The Queen!” shtick at the end was awkward and very Jim Cameron-esque. Plus she forgot to thank her husband, Taylor Hackford.
I don’t think many people would confuse Cameron and Mirren. Cameron is busy saying he found Jesus.
I’d still do her.
