This T-shirt is being sold at Cinefile, the DVD store next to West L.A.'s Nuart theatre. Presumably it can be ordered online. Obviously a must-own. The guy modelling the shirt could use a little time at the gym.

I laughed my ass off at the last line. Can you imagine the copy if Jeff wrote for The NY Times?
"The legislation, drafted jointly by Treasury officials and Representative Barney Frank, the head of the House Financial Services Committee, would create a special fund, paid by assessments on financial companies with more than $10 billion in assets, to bear the costs of big firms that fail. Barney Frank is fucking fat."

Well, I'm 5'9" and 170lbs, and I do work out, but whatever, you've got to perpetuate the "all guys who work at video stores are fat slobs" cliche I guess. Also, we don't sell those shirts at our store, they are for sale at the NuArt next door. Guess you need to spend less time at the gym and more time checking your facts, Jeff.

Forgive my stupidity, but what is this T referencing? I'm thinking it's that BBC series 'Primeval.' Or not. Help!

OMFG.
You know, post #5 is absolutely hilarious either way, but if that's really a Cinefile employee that posted that (after registering that name LOL), this is really one of funniest things I've witnessed all month. And I'm constantly watching/listening to stand-up.
God, sometimes I love this site.

I saw the flick on Friday (opening day) at the Nuart, and one of the staff pitched the shirts then too - they already had them in stock and ready to go. Showing was pretty packed, and a good majority of the crowd laughed their asses off when the line came....I knew it was coming and still laughed. Willem Dafoe fighting with the crow was also pretty funny.

It's definitely a real CineFile employee making the comment. I've felt the brunt of Sebastian's tongue many times myself.

At least Jeff lives like he preaches. Anybody else tired of all the HE posts that begin "So I just got out of the gym and my quads are killin' me..."?

I'm glad I didn't go to the Nuart when 115thAsshole was there. That's usually a respectful audience.
Antichrist is one of the best movies of the year. Terrifying.

Strangely, I thought Jeff was commenting on Sebastian's arms being too thin, as opposed to him being overweight.
The guy looks pretty normal to me, at least from that picture. I've yet to see the guy in person, though (let alone feel the tongue-brunt).

Milkman posted this way back when:
'Human interaction is a highly overrated endeavor. And this country has nothing on Japan, who, as usual, are about twenty years ahead of everyone. This is the way the world is headed. In 50-odd years some old man is going to complain about how is his day, back in 2011, people actually used their fingers to type, instead of all this voice-activated and brain-stimulated bullshit. Progress doesn't equal better, it just means different. Most people don't like different. And besides, there was no such thing as the "good old days." And the only epiphanies I seem to get when meeting people are of the "Jesus Christ, that guy/girl is a real fucking asshole/annoying shithead" type. If Corliss is in such dire need of human contact when it comes to his rentals, he can pay me to hand deliver his Netflix while feigning disgust for his very existence. That's all I ever got out of the people who worked at places like Kim's and Cinephile and Vidiots; contempt.'
